How to return a product?

TICKETS

The Finnish National Gallery webshop Museoshop does not offer the possibility to return any ticket items. Please make sure to confirm the date and time of the event before purchase.

OTHER ITEMS

You are entitled to return unused products in their original packaging free of charge within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products.

When you wish to return a product

Please let us know about the returning at museoshop@kansallisgalleria.fi. Remember to tell us whether you wish to return the entire order, or a part of it. Also, include your order number, name, address and phone number in the email. Thank you!

Are you returning an item from Finland?

You may return the items to the Ateneum museum shop (Kaivokatu 2, 00100 Helsinki) or use our returning address: (only from Finland)
