Customers are entitled to return unused products in their original packaging free of charge within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. The customer needs to inform Museoshop customer service before returning the items (museoshop@fng.fi). Returning from Finland is free of charge to the customer. The items may be returned to Ateneum Art Museum museum shop or via Finnish postal service.

Detailed instructions on returning items are also included in each delivery. The price of the returned products is reimbursed without delay as soon as the product has been returned and inspected.

If a product is damaged during shipment or is in any other way defective, customers should contact Museoshop customer service immediately at museoshop@fng.fi to arrange the delivery of a replacement.

Settlement of disputes

This distance selling agreement, including any disputes or disagreements related to it, is subject to Finnish law.
